5. Be proud of what you do

Updated: Jun 5

This rule is so obvious that we need to remind ourselves of its importance every so often. Take pride in what you do and be proud of your actions. Taking pride in your actions and accomplishments doesn’t mean you need to be prideful. Remain humble in the process but hold your head up high in all that you do. When you accomplish something, share that achievement with those in your circle. Let people know what you did because you deserve recognition for your successes! You never know, sharing your accomplishments may end up inspiring somebody else to follow in your footsteps and give them the motivation to achieve what they’ve been meaning to get around to doing.

The ripple effect is powerful, and when you tell the world that you achieved your goal, others will be inspired to chase that same feeling. When people see that you are proud of who you are and what you bring to the world, it encourages others to be proud of themselves. When we share our accomplishments in addition to our struggles, we help hold each other accountable and motivate each other to be our best selves.

Makes the world a little brighter today and share one of your recent achievements!
