AFA Introduction Panel

 The workshop experience brings the entire Alston for Athletes team together to participate in personal development, physical therapy, nutrition, and mental health awareness. Our hope is to help bring awareness to these issues that are often overlooked among student athletes and provide practical tools for improving these areas in the future. We will also enjoy a meal catered by John's Fit Meals.
