Alston for Athletes is a comprehensive sports mentoring program that offers student athletes a variety of services to help them succeed academically and athletically. We are fully committed to the success of student athletes on and off the field.
Marcus Alston founded Alston for Athletes in 2019 with one major goal: he didn't want student athletes to go through what he endured without a support system. He built a team of motivated individuals to help spread the message of promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Our mission is to help student athletes improve self-esteem and social competence by emphasizing strong physical, emotional, and mental health awareness.
We are committed to helping student athletes reach their athletic, academic, and professional peaks by connecting them with mentors who have found success in life after sports.
Alston for Athletes is a community and outlet for student athletes across the world!
We incorporate the 4A Method to instill important virtues into the student athletes we mentor. Through our programs, we aim to have kids practice aspects of the 4A Method in their daily lives.
Each principle of the 4A Method promotes striving towards being the best individual you can be. We want our mentees to set ambitious goals as mentors hold them accountable. Mentees should also be aware of their actions in order to achieve their goals.
